The history of wine in Kos starts 2500 years ago. Then the viticulture and winemaking in Kos flourished and the fame of it reached across the Mediterranean.
References to our tradition and our love for nature, prompted us to deal with organic viticulture and therefore the creation of a handmade pure wine.
The culture of our vineyard is solely organically and regulated by the Institute of Biological Control Products. The cosmopolitan French variety Cabernet Sauvignon we chose, matched perfectly with the climatological conditions of the island.
The harvest of vine becomes the first 15 days of August due to the high temperatures in the island.
